NANOSTRUCTURES OF METAL-SEMICONDUCTOR-DIELECTRIC COMPOSITE MATERIALS WITH ENHANCED QUANTUM EFFICIENCY FACING SOLLAR RADIATION
Acronim: NANOLAYSOL
The proposal will be correlated with the specified thematic fields S/T. Development and thorough study of technological skills for advanced materials with special emphasis on quaternar composite nanolayers, to produce photovoltaic cells, are the aims of the proposed project. PV cells are, in general assertion, semiconductor devices wich are producing electric energy under photofoltaic effect. There are real discrepancy between theory prediction and reached performance.
OBJECTIVES:
- Stage I. To assess new theory and technical solutions for materialize high QEff. PV experimental structures;
- Stage II. To settle laboratory model (LM) for nanostructured QEff. PV chip deposited on nonconventional substrates;
- Stage III.To materialize the elementar modules: composite substrate materials, nanostructurated quaternar targets. PV chips as a draft of preliminary design;
- Stage IV. Within project CONSORTIUM / organize a web page (http://nanolaysol.inflpr.ro)
